The Zion Community is a locally run NGO based in East Uganda. We aim to provide people from near and far with an opportunity to grow by creating and maintaining a healthy, educated and economically empowered community.
We strive to see this beautiful place and its people in the heart of Africa grow out of poverty and enable them to expand their abilities.
Medical Clinic
Led by dedicated individuals like Mirriam and Chief Officer Peter, and supported by volunteers from all over the world since 2021, the clinic has become a vital hub for health services in the community.
With a focus on addressing critical health needs and holding occasional medical camps, the clinic has seen an improvement in overall community health. Despite facing financial challenges, the clinic remains resilient, with a positive outlook for growth and continued impact.
